My situation was a little different than most because I was an out of town seller. Heather went above and beyond what is expected from your realtor. She did everything from checking on house periodically, being there for all inspections , forwarding me my mail and anything else that usually the owner would be responsible for. Her advice to me was on target, her communication to me was always timely and most importantly she was someone I trusted. Since I did not know any realtors after interviewing a few I picked Heather.
