Self-admittedly, we were picky buyers during the height of the housing market climb and Laurie made us feel at ease during the entire 2 year search! Laurie is very personable to your needs and wants. We had plenty of showings and a contract in a very short period of time. My situation was a little different than most because I was an out of town seller. Heather went above and beyond what is expected from your realtor. She did everything from checking on house periodically, being there for all inspections , forwarding me my mail and anything else that usually the owner would be responsible for. Her advice to me was on target, her communication to me was always timely and most importantly she was someone I trusted. Since I did not know any realtors after interviewing a few I picked Heather.
